(Sequin) Dresses We Look Forward to Wear From CPH FW AW23

Before we start focusing on New York Fashion Week, I want to circle back to a few things we saw on the runway at Copenhagen Fashion Week. There is a lot of great looks to talk about, but living in a very grey Stockholm these days makes me want to wear all sparkles and colors. The Runway in Copenhagen really served a full menu of my favorite sequin dishes, so lean back and keep scrolling.

Ganni showed us that the little red dress is making a comeback! Both as a maxi version and a romantic mini version, and I like it!!! Really cool how they styled it with cowboy boots too. Also the perfect shade of Tomato red makes it less Christmas and more chic. Right? Yes, I have had a very complicated relationship with red the past 27 years but I am ready to grow up now. More red (sequin) pieces into my wardrobe 2023.

Mermaid Mode
The girls behind our forever favorite party brand Rotate Birger Christensen never disappoints. Jeanette Madsen and Thora Vladimir served us tons of party starters (Including Lisa Rinna!!) and this incredible mermaid dress made it to the top of that list.

Fast & Fabulous
I am absolutely wearing my party dresses with my ski touring glasses this summer. No more words needed.
The naked dress
There is no complete party wardrobe this fall without the naked dress. Baum und Pferdgarten showed two beautiful versions and I can’t decide whether I am team slip dress or team turtleneck dress. I am just maybe both, too good to choose one.
