One week of great (fall) uniforms

We have returned from the cyber dead! In my opinion not a day too early. We have really missed you guys & we have so much to recap you on. But what would be better than starting off the celebration with some great fall looks I have been wearing lately? Well, before the snow came and transformed entire Sweden to Iceland. But sit tight and lean back, here we go!

… In this set from Pia Wallén x Arket. It is absolutely stunning, have you ever seen a more beautiful green color? I also recently fell in love with sets again, we had a little pause during summer but now found our way back to each other. Feels great.

The grinch is a favorite style icon of mine, if you also wondered.

Two is better than one

Fanny and I got the honor to be the first ones to wear the re-launch of the iconic Adonis knit from Stine Goya, and we never miss a chance, nor an occassion, to match looks with each other. I would say it’s our best sport, after skiing.

Ski wear but make it city

I already know this scooter-driver-kind-of-suit will be my favorite piece many winters from now and on. Stockholm can be unbelievable freezing during the first period of the year, and I can’t imagine a better look to survive Swedish winter in. Not to mention all ski runs in the slope, or the Aprés rounds…

The return of the cape

I can’t be the only one who have been charmed by the elegant cape this fall? I fell head over heels for this cashmere one from Toteme, it makes me feel like a character in an old movie. Haven’t decided if its good or bad yet. But I guess it’s good because I am all in for a new member in the family. Maybe a silky one for the upcoming holiday festivities?

Or my mom actually borrowed it from my grandma and I stole it from mom. That is what I love the most about my family, we share everything even if we live in different cities. If that isn’t a circular wardrobe I don’t know what.

To other news: may I introduce you to one of the best suits I’ll ever have. This linen mixed perfection from COS.

I think I used it everyday the first week from the day it arrived. Haha. And since then I have at least worn it 2-3 days a week. Find a better review I’ll wait. The fit is just so good I can’t motivate to wear another pair of pants when I know these are better.

I would say this is my current favorite go-to look whatever the occasion is. I wear it with sneakers a day on set, or with heels when celebrating my best friend. Right now I feel very comfortable in this style.

The best blazer comes with matching shoes, right?

If you can’t find a great pair of pants to complete the look, the least you can require is matching shoes. Right? I however love the idea of it and wish brands would do it more. ´ It is a great party combination too.

Wore my bed to work

Ending with my strongest look of this week. Literally felt like I was leaving our apartment in my bed cover. Well, not far from the truth since it is actually made from left over/dead stock duvets by Remake by Stadsmissionen. An initiative and fashion brand that is working as a non-profitable social enterprise with work integration as their goal. It is super local which means the production and design takes place just outside Stockholm, and all garments comes from gifts donated to the association. It is a GREAT initiative and I can’t see a reason not to support great design with a great purpose.
